In Caitlin Clark’s rookie season, the Indiana Fever have clinched their first playoff berth since 2016.

Thanks to losses by the Chicago Sky and Atlanta Dream on Tuesday night, the Fever secured one of the WNBA’s eight playoff spots.

  12. Los Angeles Sparks (7-25)

Seven of the eight WNBA playoff spots are already secured, with the Chicago Sky and Atlanta Dream currently tied for the final position at 11-22. However, Chicago holds the tiebreaker with a 2-1 record against Atlanta this season.

The stakes will be high when the two teams face off one last time on September 17 at Wintrust Arena, a crucial matchup in the penultimate game of the regular season for both clubs.
